3. Bookings and Payments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.

Full payment is required on the day of your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

Refunds are not provided for services already completed, unless required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If you are dissatisfied, we may offer a free corrective service at our discretion.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to deliver professional results, we are not responsible for allergic reactions, undesired outcomes, or personal dissatisfaction unless caused by proven negligence.

Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or concerns before your treatment.

11. Online Purchases and In-Store Pickup

All products available for purchase through our online store are available only for pickup at our physical salon location.

We do not offer shipping or home delivery at this time.

After purchasing, customers will receive confirmation and can collect their product by presenting proof of purchase.

Products not collected within 30 days may be subject to cancellation unless otherwise agreed.

12. Shipping & Returns

Shipping is not available. All products must be picked up directly from our salon.

Once a product has been picked up in-store, returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


We encourage customers to inspect the product upon pickup. If a product is found to be defective at the time of pickup, please notify our team immediately.

1. Acceptance of Service and Obligation of Immediate Notification
At the end of each treatment, clients are invited to communicate any observations or dissatisfaction before leaving the salon.

The absence of immediate complaints will be considered full and satisfied acceptance of the service received.

Complaints regarding services completed without immediate objection will not be accepted, unless documented evidence shows an evident defect that arose afterward.

2. Timeframes for Submitting Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing (via email or official contact form) within 72 hours of the service being performed.

The complaint must include:

A detailed description of the issue encountered

Any relevant photographs

Complaints received after the 72-hour deadline may not be considered, except in exceptional and documentable cases.

3. Right to Correction

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), in the case of issues considered minor, Capri Beauty Salon has the right and duty to offer a free correction as the primary form of remedy.

The following conditions apply to corrections:

The correction must be requested and booked within 7 days of the complaint being accepted.

The correction will be carried out exclusively at our premises by one of our stylists.

The client must accept the correction offer in good faith.

Unjustified refusal of the offered free correction voids any right to a refund.

4. Refund Policy

Full or partial refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

The service was found to be severely defective, and

Correction is not technically possible, or

Correction was performed but the issue persists significantly.

Capri Beauty Salon reserves the right to internally assess the extent of the defect and determine the most appropriate solution.

5. Defamation and Harmful Communications
Capri Beauty Salon encourages honest and constructive feedback.

However, clients are required not to publish, communicate, or disseminate:

False or exaggeratedly negative comments

Misleading or deceptive reviews

Harmful statements via social media, review platforms, word of mouth, or private messages


Any violation may be pursued civilly under New South Wales defamation laws.

Defamation is a civil offense that can result in claims for financial damages and obligations for public retractions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Capri Beauty Salon is not responsible for:

Any allergic reactions or individual sensitivities to cosmetic products, if not previously disclosed.

Different outcomes resulting from pre-existing hair conditions or miscommunication during the initial consultation.

The client is responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or specific restrictions prior to the beginning of the treatment.

7. Changes to Terms
Capri Beauty Salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

8. Booking Tools and Terms Validity
Capri Beauty Salon uses third-party software and platforms, such as Fresha.com SV Ltd, solely for logistical purposes related to scheduling and appointment management.
The use of such platforms does not modify or override these Terms and Conditions in any way.

Clients booking through external platforms fully accept Capri Beauty Salon's Terms and Conditions at the time of confirming their appointment.
